REGISTRATION UPDATE! - Registration for new account issues: 

There have been a few people that have had an issue when registering for a new account, that they are unable to get past step 1of 4.  They enter a SeaPals' code and a name for their fish, and after hitting CONFIRM, it looks like the page just reloads and they can not get past step 1.  We believe the reason for this is that people with this issue do NOT have their cookies turned on.  We use cookies on the site so as a user you do not have to keep typing your username/password each time you move to another section of the site.   If you are experiencing this problem, please try to turn on your cookies in your browser and try to register again.  For some instructions on turning on cookies in different browsers, goto:   www.google.com/cookies.html

We have been made aware of some issues with users using AOL.  It appears that when you try to create an account that you might not be able to get past Step 1.  You might also experience where it shows blank fields when you hit login.  Please try doing the following.

1. You can download FireFox (http://www.firefox.com)  and run the firefox browser outside or after you connect to AOL.  This will not affect your AOL account.  You can also run a seperate instance of Internet Explorer, by going to your START menu then PROGRAMS.   Then run Internet Explorer.  Running a seperate browser such as Firefox or Internet Explorer seems to be helping with the current problem.

2. Make sure you download the newest version of Flash (Version 9.0.124.0) at:

http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash

If you download the newest version of Flash for Internet Explorer, you will also have to download and install it after you download and run Firefox.

If you are having similar issues and NOT using AOL, please do not hesitate to email us with the following:

1.  Your connection type  (broadband cable, DSL, dialup)
2.  Current Browser and version (Internet Explorer 6.0, 7.0, Firefox, Safari, etc)
3.  Username/Password if you have already registered
